actually madar is one of the legendary three that helped destroy kohana and set free the nine tail and could controll the nine tails and as we are speaking a manga will be coming out for another time skip where sasuke dies by madara. Incase your wondering about the legendary three it consists of three people from three different clans Uchiha(madara), Rin'nengan(said to be the father of nagato), and Hyuuga(said to be a ancestor of hinata)

he has a bloodline the uzumaki clan his mother was in that clan and could controll fire naruto was ganna be like that but the nine tail sealed that chakra away forever
