World Leaders Tower

First topic message reminder :

-A small planet that lies in the middle of all the dimensions, connecting them so that the World Leaders can meet. There is a Tower built on the planet for such gatherings. I wait for all the leaders to assemble to discuss the task at hand.-

*I speak out.* "and this flaw will bring him down once and for all?"

Gintoki walks in. "let's hope so, i hate fighting wars"

*Tazu, and Crono turn to see who it is that walks in. I know already so without looking or hesitating I say.* "So you made it. That was fast......."

-arturo just watched and listened as he sat there- (arturo is the ruler of the world of impass so he should be here lol)

"yes well you said it was important"

"That I did.....so whouldnt you introduce yourself to the rest of the worlds' leaders?" -I as I sway my arm out to show him the people around me.-

"my name is gintoki reiken, the worlds' first explorer"

Narora noddes to him. "now to Dominic's question, yes, though it is a very slim chance of it pulling off, it is all we have at the moment." narora slaps a ruler on the white bored. it shows a drawing of a Normal Aarora.

"this is his first and normal form. the form that we can't even tuch him in."

he hits it again and it changes to him wareing a Hollow mask. "and this is the second Form, he is much stronger in it."

he paused for questions.

"ok so he's invincible?"

Hey... he's that guy that crashed near the Akatsuki Forest... strange how he seems to be everywhere at once. Karasu ignored Gintoki's sudden entrance and returned his attention towards the matter at hand. Good thing he doesn't seem to notice me from there. Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but if he suddenly went on a rampage, I wouldn't last 10 seconds... I think I'll stay over here. Karasu had a bad habit of frequently getting lost in his thoughts, overthinking everything, trying to plan for every possible scenario or outcome.

"in a word yes. but." he taped it again and it showed Aarora in a demonic state. "this is his Final Form as he calls it, but it is realy his Masukukai (Mask Release)" Narora explained.

"his power is unimaginable in this state. but it has three downfalls." he said again. he held up a finger "its first downfall is that he has to be in the light of the moon. with out it, his release is usless."

he held up another finger "the other is its time limit. though he's had it sence he seperated from me when dominic and Hanako enterd my mind, his limit is 10 seconds. but he could easaly kill any of us. all he needs is 2 second to kill."

he held up a third finger. "and the last is the strain. even if he uses it, its a last resort to him. after its use, he's as harmless as a newborn child. literaly. he is unable to move alot, and has almost no energy."

Narora sat down in his chair. "so if we can keep him out of the moon light he can't use it and we can ware him out. he can take on 3 world masters and live to tell about it, but everyone combind is to much for him." Narora leaned forword and put his elbos on the table and his head on his hands.

"but. there is always the problem of his Sendo Vizards. every number from IV and up can take any of us on. II and I are the worst. i've heard of two's ability's but i don't know very much. just that she can hold her mask longer than no. I can. and she has obtained her Sankai level. but she is still weaker than No. I." Narora sighed. "the only one that has faught no. I and lived is Zero..."

"referring to arora's "final form", couldnt we just pull a piccolo and blow up the moon like he did that time goku turned great ape?"

"we could, but we don't know if he has the power to make an artifial moon, and if he can't make one, does he have something else to use?"

"are you sure it's just moonlight? how do we know he cant use it in broad daylight?"

"because i can't use it in broad daylight. and he came from me. plus even if it was diffrent, we can't send anyone to check it out. he's just to strong and he's not gonna go to a training area and use it." Narora explained the situation they where in.

*I sigh.* "Well I'm tired of talking about it. Let's put this plan together and get rid of him."

"its not that simple Dominic." Narora stood again and pulled a conputer mouse out of nowhere. he clicked it and a slide show started.

"he has 3 castles. and the laws of that world say that Vizards without his contracted approval can travle to his without having to fight there way through." he clicked it again. it showed the first castle.

"the first castle holds a fraction of there Vizard forces. the ones ranked from 11 to 100. the other lower vizards are garding the town and castles." he clicked it again and showed another castle.

"this is the Sendo vizard's castle. where you all went to save Hanako from them. you faught your way up, unless you where tazu and blasted though the roof..." narora glaired at him. "the floor starts at the X Sendo Vizard, and moves up to the I Sendo Vizard." he clicked it again. it showed a third and final castle. (looks like Organization XIII's castle)

"and this is his castle. this is where his three right hand men reside. the Negitives. so far there are only 3. -'s III, II, and I." he clicked it and it showed Near.

"this is his Negitive II. and his Negitive I. i'm sure you all know by now." he clicked it again and it showed Kyo.

*Tazu smirks and continues to listen on.*

*I see the picture of Kyo and sigh.* "So what? Do we have to break through each castle just to get to him And isn't Rachel and Haji on their way to one to get the last Infinity dragonball?"

*Crono however can't make sense of it all be it he has only encountered these forces once.*

(U do know Kyo hasn't been on in two months right? So that fight won't happen unless u know how to get to them)

(ya i know, i;ll just say he's on vacation from the castle)

"yes they and my Vice Captain and the 11th Captain Ikkaku." Narora reached in his pocket and pulled out a small divice. "but as to the fighitng. this divice will let ONE of you through with out it. it will work once and then bring you back to your origonal position."

he sat down again "but then comes the question of who? i can go straight there because i am him. and he is me. just a stronger version."

Tazu: "Who here besides Dominic and Narora himself has really dealt with him? We have only been supporters of what is best for the Alliance."

"i beleve Naruhi and Arturo have delt with him, but the latter is dead." Narora explained.

Gintoki raised his hand for no reason. "i could talk to naruhi and see if he'll help?"

*I nod.* "Its up to you Narora who is bettered suited for the instant encounter with Aarora."

"well they'd have to be able to work with me and not have there own power's mess mine up." Narora said after thinking for a wile. "but it wouldn't work sence we are all masters of diffrent worlds, and there for master's of diffrent powers."
