Naruto world rank up

ok ok, so when we create a character, we choose what level it is.. ex.academy student, ANBU, Jounin, etc...

but how do we level up??(get a promotion)

you might say that the kage decides that or the missions completed will answer your question... but i think that missions are rarely given out and the kages only have a few members, so they have to limit the ranks...

for the kage, anyone can be a kage BELIEVE IT! - according

i suggest we have a promotion RP.. where we can do it :) except for kages i think :)

i did the same thing but it was for exsams and it was denied... stupid bastards they are... TT_TT...

it wasnt denied baka.....we just dont have enough genin rank....actually any genin ranks so it'd be impossible

theres still Jonin and like... maybe i chunin...

it's only jounin and sanin........

then lets make a rule that now only genin can be ninja now... -_-

well go on. your the Head admin (next to Senko) you make the rules... and i'm lazy.

uhm, actually, i think even the chuunin and jounin can still have their ranks up right? :)
