Jutsu Name: Tengoku Kokurai (Heaven Black Lightning)

Description: Kekkei Genkai Technique

Effect: (See Kokurai - 16). Tengoku Kokurai is an upgraded version of the original Kokurai technique in which damage, speed, range, and chakra cost are improved. Also, this attack can be charged up and performed 2 times consecutively, dealing intense lightning and wind-based damage. As the name suggests, this jutsu has an alternative effect while performed in mid-air. Karasu charges up as much lightning energy as he can and channels it evenly throughout his body and zigzags all around the arena, creating an electrical net as the result. Karasu goes high into the skies and then comes flying towards the target with his electrical field. If the hit is direct (the attack is rather inaccurate because of the distance at which it is performed), then the opponent will suffer nearly fatal damage from the heavy impact, electrical shock, wind damage, and finally, the lightning net. If the target is not hit, then the electricity from Karasu's body will be transferred to the net and will hunt down the target extremely fast. Even by then, if the opponent manages to avoid the attack, then all of the electricity returns back to Karasu and is converted into chakra. The stun effect is also increased to 3 posts. The "Heaven" effect will carry over for all of the other upgrades also.
